Always Keep your Smile

Always Keep your Smile

Continuing my theme from last weeks article, I was researching interesting and inspirational quotes and stumbled on an interesting little factoid. Have you ever heard the term: supercentenarian? The late Jeanne Calment was the oldest confirmed living supercentenarian, which means one who lived to or is past the age of 110 years old. She lived to the ripe old age of 122 years old and 164 days. Needless to say we might want to heed her words of wisdom over so many years of experience.

“Always keep your smile. That’s how I explain my long life.”

Sounds simple enough. Whether or not Jeanne was referring to the literal teeth behind her smile or the act of smiling itself, I think the same message applies. Of course always staying happy and positive as much as possible can decrease levels of stress, but I think it isn’t too much of a stretch to say that having nice, healthy teeth might just make it a little easier to keep on smiling.

Prescott Dentistry has you covered whether you want the motivation to keep on smiling by feeling more comfortable with the appearance of your smile, or if you simply want to focus on healthy teeth and gums. Whether through teeth whitening, porcelain veneers and general cosmetic dentistry in Prescott, AZ, or Biomimetic treatment methods, laser dentistry, and same-day crowns & restorations.
