Are you looking for a fun activity that also benefits a good cause? If so, Prescott Dentistry has found the perfect Summer event for you. Coming soon (June 9th), there will be a gala event to support foster children of Yavapai County. In America, there are approximately 428,000 children currently in foster care (Children’s Bureau, 2021). This fundraiser is to benefit those children in our local region who are in need of a home and a loving family. The gala is a fundraiser that will offer guests a fun night filled with a delicious dinner, a silent auction, a raffle, and even a wine pull. Our wonderful staff at Prescott Dentistry encourages you to consider attending this delightful gala to support children of our area who are in need of a safe home and a family of their own.
What is the ‘Fostering Their Dreams’ Gala?
What: The Yavapai CASA for Kids Foundation is hosting the 4th annual GALA in support of foster children. The Yavapai CASA for Kids Foundation has been around for 15 years now. Those involved in the foundation have made it their mission to educate others on what it means to be in foster care. Fun events like the upcoming gala are used to teach others about what they can do to help children in the foster care system. This event will include live music, guest speakers, a wine pull, dinner, and even a raffle, and the proceeds go entirely to helping children and teens in foster care.
When: Saturday, June 9th, beginning at 5:30 PM
Where: Antelope Hills Centennial Center, 1989 Clubhouse Dr., Prescott AZ
Cost: $50 per person, or sponsorship of a table of 8 for $350
At Prescott Dentistry, we believe strongly in community outreach. Recently, we held an event in honor of teacher appreciation week and gave free teeth-whitening treatments to teachers. Prior to that, we also did an event that gave necessary dental care to veterans. Our caring staff members are always on the lookout for new ways to help the community. Upon finding the Fostering Their Dreams event, we knew we had to share it with you, our patients, since it’s a wonderful and enjoyable way to show support for the children in our community. We encourage you to take a moment and find a way to get involved in our community. Together, we can all make the difference we want to experience in our area. And while volunteering your time or participating in special fundraisers, don’t worry about working around your dental cleaning schedule.
