Almost everyone across Northern Arizona can agree that summertime is a wonderful season, when children are out of school and there are events to be found that are fun for both kids and parents. At Prescott Dentistry we’re a family-oriented practice, and our staff loves attending kid-friendly events. This summer, there is a great local event in our area, the Berry Festival at Mortimer Farms. Our Prescott Dentistry team hopes to see you at the Berry Festival in Prescott. While there, young children can learn about where our food comes from, and everyone can see and experience fresh strawberries from the field as a delicious, parent-approved snack choice.
The Berry Festival at Mortimer Farms
What: The Berry Festival at Mortimer Farms is an all-ages event that allows children and parents to pick fresh strawberries. Children will enjoy hand-picking each strawberry themselves as an interactive part of the event. In addition to picking a delicious fruit to snack on, lunch will be available and there will also be hayrides, games and activities, and a chance for the children to meet friendly farm animals.
When: June 23rd and June 24th from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Where: Mortimer Farms, 12907 E. State Route 169, Dewey, AZ 86327
Cost: $15 admission fee per person
As a dental office that is community-based and family-oriented, we’ll plan to attend the Berry Festival at Mortimer Farms. Strawberries are both delicious and full of necessary vitamins, so we endorse them as a good snack for children. What better way to spend the weekend than with your family at an educational, health-conscious event? Our Prescott Dentistry staff hopes to see you there, among the strawberry plants and farm fields, to experience the pleasure of being outdoors with friends and family members.
